The Breakers Resort is located on the oceanfront in the Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach. It has five towers and can accommodate groups up to 275 people. The resort offers: Oceanfront location with 700 feet of shoreline, five distinct towers, handicap parking spaces in all on-property parking lots as well as numerous city-metered spots that are free to park in with a handicap placard visible, portable pool lift usage with trained staff assistance during pool operating hours. Dining includes Papa's Restaurant, Strong Waters Craft Cocktails & Kitchen, Rusty Reel Oceanfront Bar & Grill and Starbucks. Leisure amenities feature indoor and outdoor water features, a lazy river, hot tubs, pools, and 5 indoor waterslides. The resort also has a Data Protection Officer responsible for privacy and data protection.

The Breakers Resort offers one, two, three, and four-bedroom condos and suites. The one-bedroom unit in the Sailfish Tower includes two full beds, a galley kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, cookware, and utensils, a bathroom with a hair dryer, an oceanfront balcony, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and wall bed. Some suites have spa baths. Select rooms feature city or sea views. Apartments include a kitchen, balcony and sofa bed. Rooms have heating, air conditioning, sitting area, terrace, dining table, garden furniture, and a flat-screen TV.
